If you go to rootsireland.ie (you can take out a 24 hour subscription) you will be able to search for your Dilworths and this will be useful given that you are not sure, what year of birth refers to Christopher, for example. It is useful to know too, that records begin in different parishes at different times and your ancestors may have been living in a parish and at a time that predates parish records. You can see the list of parish records available for the Roman Catholic parish HERE

I don't see any Dilworth entry in the Tithes, which is one of the earliest, online records here but try PRONI (I can't access the site at the minute). 

I wanted to invite you to add your ancestor's details to our XO Chronicles. You can learn more about it HERE and it might be another avenue to consider so that your ancestor's details can be seen by others. 

​​It might be a good idea too, to keep an eye on the Early Birth and Marriage Index. It is updated regularly and if your ancestor doesn't appear now, they may in the future.

The 1825 Tithes of Killyman parish show 19 Dilworths.
I would focus on the townland of Cohannan in Killyman as it contained both a John and a Christopher.

If you return to the home page, they have a website search. I highly recommend it to anyone searching County Tyrone.
Additionally, Wilfred Dilworth is a historian residing in Killyman. He was the major contributor to the “Round and About Killyman Ward 2000”. The email I have for him does not work anymore. Try this:
