Parents of Julia were Maria Healy b Clonmel and John Hawks/Hawkes who I believe was born in England
Julia immigrated to the US at around age 16, (early 1850's)

Looks like it was Clonmel in Tipperary. See transcription of baptismal record below. Roots Ireland transcribed the name as Julian but I looked at the register and it showed Juliam which is Latin for Julia. She also had a sister Margaret baptized June 1st 1840 in St. Mary's.
