I am doing some research on my Menagh familiy who lived in Bandon 1880-1912 before the entire family moved to Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. They were originally from Belfast but Thomas Menagh, the patriarch, got a job as an accountant at a Bandon distillery (not sure which one - could be Allman's?). My great-grandmother, Sarah Ethel, was born in 1881 on "The Terrace" in Bandon and the family also lived on Kilbrogan Place. I can't find either of these roads on ordnance surveys or modern maps of the town. The family belonged to the Church of Ireland and likely lived near Christ Church and Kilbrogan Road, though I have no solid proof of this. Thomas' wife, Maria, died in 1910 at 4 Knockrea Terrace in "rural County Cork." Another road I cannot find in Bandon or surrounding areas though I found a Knockrea Terrace in Cork city - not exactly rural today though it could have been at the time. Does anyone know where these phantom roads are? Any help would be appreciated! I can share copies of the bible record for the family and other documents and photos with anyone interested.

Welcome to Ireland Reaching Out!
The 1911 census showed a Kilbrogan Street but no Terrace. I would contact the Bandon library branch and see if they can assist with maps and locations.

The 1910 death took place in a Cork City registration district, so could not have been in Bandon, so I'd say the Knockrea Terrace you found in the City is the right one. The terrace was in the suburbs by the 1890s (OSI Historic map), but the area would probably have been rural when the districts were originally set up - see the same location c1840.
This slightly later registration district map (logainm.ie / Placename Database) shows the Cork Rural Registration Sub-district surrounding the city.
