Thank You so kindly for the information that you've provided for me!  The Web Site that you gave me, did confirm John Franis Phelan, but sadly nothing on his Parent's.

I will be going through that website with a razor eye, to see if I can find anything else on him!  I did also find My Great Grandfather's Information, along with his Sister's and Brother's!!!

J.F. Phelan would be his Great Grandfather!  So I am looking for my 4th Great Grandfather, and honestly I am surprised that I got it back that far, which would be the late 1700's to the Early 1800's
