Welcome to Ireland Reaching Out!
You don't mention the religious denomination but I don't think records are going to be available either way. The Church of Ireland records for Annaduff parish were destroyed in the 1922 Public Records Office fire in Dublin and the RC records do not start until 1849.
The only possible lead I can find is in the 1829 Tithe listings for Annaduff parish. There wasa William Smyth listed in Lisduff townland. Since your ancestors left from Dublin in May 1829, this Tithe record may not be for your ancestor.
Have you considered autosomal DNA testing?
