looking to find any Fanning ancestors especially in or around Dundalk.  Francis 1852, John 1841, Mary Anne 1843, Michael 1845. Also Makins; Anne 1790, Thomas 1837 and Thomas 1770. Bernard mullin 1824-1902) Ann Quinn 1820. I have seen the grave in Dundalk whic has several Fannings.  just would like to know if there are any living decendants still living there now.

    I checked the Irish phone book for Fannings in Dundalk & there is one.

    We are not permitted to post people's personal details on the site but the phone book is at 118.ie/ people search

    Are you related to the Australian surfer Mick Fanning who attracts sharks?

    Thanks for that, I dont think I'm related to Mick, least ways not that i know of. 

    Sorry for late reply, i have had  difficulty changing my password. They sent me a link via my e-mail address, but all it allowed me to do was a one time sign in, supposed to show a link to change password but there is non  on the page.
