Hello,
I'm looking to find more information about William Cosgrove (Cosgriff) from Coolnalira, Truagh Co. Clare. He was born on 05 Oct 1869. His wife was Ellen Donovan from Co. Limerick born about 1880. Together they had four children that I know of,
John b. 20 May 1902 in West Limerick m. ?? d. 1985
Teresa b. 04 Oct 1907 in Co. Clare m. ?? d. ??
James b. 10 Jun 1915 in Woodsdown m. ?? d. ??
Mary Ellen b. 14 Jul 1918 in Woodsdown m. 06 Jun 1945 in Ahane Church to Daniel O'Callaghan from Clarine, Co. Limerick d. ??
According to 1911 Census William was a shepherd.
I have already contacted the church and got all the information they had.
Any other infomation would be greatly appreiated.

Welcome back to Ireland Reaching Out!
I located the April 17th 1901 civil marriage record which shows the bride and groom were living in Ballyvorneen townland in Caherconlish civil parish. The record also shows the names of the fathers of the bride and groom. I also located the 1901 census record for William and Ellen before they married. Ellen came from a very large family.
Civil birth records for the children born up to 1915 are available at www.irishgenealogy.ie A record for Mary Ellen will not be available at this time.
