I couldn't find a birth/baptism for Frederick.

The Tithe Applotments (free online) have 10 Nugents in Louth in the 1830's & Griffiths Valuation has 5 in Dundalk in the 1850's.

I did find one child of Richard & Jane:

There are 20 burial records of Nugents in Louth from 1758 to 1879 but no Fredericks, Richards or Roberts.

There are 61 in Antrim from 1688 to 1997 but still the above forst names aren't there!

Several of your Nugent Christian names and spouses tickled my memory. I spent 10 years building our

Nugent Family Tree from 0940 in Nogent-le Rotrou in France up to today (http://www.nugent.fr). 

Several of my recent ancestors were named George Frederick Nugent, and the connections to the Moore family

were frequent. Maybe we have common ground. Due to the 100-year restriction on publishing live members

of the family, You can't openly see the section 1700-today, which may interest you.
