My brother, cousin and I are researching my Great Grand Father (Mother side) Thomas Joseph Doran. We believe Thomas was born 12 March 1850, in Carbury, County Kildare, Ireland.
His parents were Patrick Doran and Honora Ann Smith. He had borthers: Lewis Patrick b. @ 1836, Charles b. @ 1848 and Edward b. @ 1845. Lewis and Charles emigrated to the United States. We are not sure when. We hold no information on Edward. All three brothers Thomas, Charles and Lewis resided in the North Eastern part of Pennsylvania, USA. Thomas lived in Avoca, Pennsylvania and Charles and Lewis lived in Duryea, Pennsylvania.
Would appreciate any help in validating our research to date. Thank You in advance.

Welcome to Ireland Reaching Out!
I checked Roots Ireland and there were no Doran baptismal records with a father Patrick and mother with the surname Smith. I modified the search request to look for a Thomas Doran baptismal record in Carbury and the closest is the 1854 record below which has the correct father's name but a completely different mothers name. I checked further and this Thomas had four sisters with baptismal records but no records for brothers. So likely the wrong Thomas.
Here is a link to the Carbury parish register with baptismal records from 1821-1880 https://registers.nli.ie/parishes/0696
Any other clues on the family?
