I located the civil birth record for Nicholas and a transcription of his baptismal record. The baptismal record has an entry which indicates he married a mary Anne Curley February 20, 1917. Nicholas had the following siblings ( you mentioned all but Henry) William 1877 Catherine 1880 Henry 1882 John Patrick 1884 Belinda Mary 1886 Rose Anne 1887

I was unable to locate a civil marriage record for the parents or a civil death record for Mary or John. I did find an 1876 church marriage record for a John Wall to a Margaret Fitzsimons which I assume is the correct record based on the date and first child.

The earliest Duleek RC Parish record on roots for John Wall (Nicholas's father) is 1858 which would make him 18 when married and assumes he was from Duleek.

There are 2 possibles for Mary though neither mentions Lankeevan which is her address when married:

The Irish phone book www.118.ie/ has 18 Walls and 10 Fitzsimons in Meath but I couldn't see sny mention of Duleek

Is there a DNA testing resource that is commonly used in Ireland?

 The Irish are slowing getting into DNA testing. They use the same companies available to Americans, Canadians, etc. Many of my connections back in Mayo and Roscommon have used Ancestry.UK and their data would show up on the Ancestry data base in the States. I have tested with Ancestry and Family Tree and also added my data to Gedmatch www.gedmatch.com

My one caution with Ancestry is that many people test with Ancestry to find out their ethnicity data based on the Ancestry algorithms. I have three different first cousins in the States who took the test but don't have a family tree. You will find it difficult to find matches with public trees who are very interested in their family tree.

As an aside, Col (who also commented on your post) and I found out thru DNA testing that we are distant (5th) cousins back to Co. Donegal. Col lives in Australia and I'm in the States.
