I'm in search of my 3th Great Grandfather William Luddy born 1819, originaly I thought he was from Tipperary. I've since found and attached an image from a newpaper in search of him by his brother Timothy, he also had a brother Thomas. Any help would be much appreciated

I found one possible match in the baptism records from Clogheen just outside Mitchelstown
William Luddy baptised 17 December 1815 in Clogheen parish county Tipperary
Father Thomas Luddy mother Maria Casey, they also had a son Thomas baptised in 1826 Clogheen
No son Timothy for the above couple what is the date of that newspaper article?
There is a Timothy Luddy born in Mitchelstown but he was born much later in 1860 and he had no brother William or Thomas

The publication for the article is dated July 2 1864 and I believe William's middle name is Thomas. I'm assuming that this is the correct Luddy family in this article as William was in New Orleans for a few years and married there in 1846. William's headstone reads that he was born in Tipperary and this article does stat that Mitchelstown was in Tipperary at this time. Irish genealogy is tough so I'm finding. Any information will be greatly appreciated.
