My leahy side married a Burgess and Ive been told the Burgess line may still survive in Mitchelstown area even though the Leahy Line died out.
Anyone here a Burgess or know of one from Mitchelstown?

I had a look in the irish phone book (www.118.ie/) but there are no Burgesses in Mitchelstown I'm afraid Kevin, but there are three in Cork

BURGESS
Burgess family left Mitchelstown in 1820's and settled in Clonmel up to 1913. Have not researched living cousins in the area although Burgess name exists currently.
