Margaret was baptized 4 Apr 1876 in MItchelstown Cork and her parents were Michael Cusack and Ellen Casey. I believe that Margaret was married to a man whose last name was Doyle and he lived in Wexford. I am looking for a marriage certificate for Margaret. I believe that they married between 1895 and 1905. I think that they had children named Eileen Doyle (~1904) , Bessie Doyle (~1905), born about 1904 and 1905.
I am trying to track down the first name of her husband and thne when and where Margaret died and was buried and what happended to her children and husband.
Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks! Marge Gillis

As a starting point here's a very promising marriage for Margaret Cusack to an Andrew Doyle in 1902 in Cork City. The bride's residence is given as Mitchelstown and her father as Michael Cusack a Merchant.
Civil birth records, which cover up to about 1916, include births of a number of children to the couple - Eileen 27th June 1903, Elizabeth 28th February 1905, Agnes 26th September 1906, Matthew 28th September 1907, Patrick 30th Sepetember 1910 and Andrew 1st December 1915. The place of birth and residence for these is Auburn Terrace, Wexford town, and their father Andrew is listed as an Agricultural Engineer
The 1911 census lists the family on Redmond Street in the town - possibly Auburn Terrace was the name of a section of houses on this street.Edited : I had a look at the reverse of the census form and see that 'Redmond Street' is a transcription error, it's actually Redmond Road, which is still there. The c1900 OSI map shows Auburn Terrace where your Doyle/Cusack family lived.

I located the deaths for Andrew and Margaret - she died on the 15th January 1940 at Auburn Terrace, wife of a foundry owner, an Agnes Doyle is the informant. Andrew died just a few years later on the 4th February 1943 also at Auburn Terrace.

Hi Reading this prompted me to search the Auckland New Zealand Cemetry Records The above informations says that a son was a Rev Patrick Doyle of Auckland, earlier said to be born in in 1910 I located one likely person, as follows Unsure if this is correct, but will continue to search. It may take time to contact the Catholic Church in Auckland, Good luck with your ongoing reseach. I became interested because mygt gt grandfather John Fitzpatrick came from Mitchelstown. I am still looking for any Fitzpatrick relatives Regards, Stephen Schollum, Cambridge New Zealand

St. Ibar's/Crosstown cemetery is close to Wexford town, head north across the bridge, the other side of the river is called Ferrybank. Take the first turn to the left - see Google Map directions, and the image attached.
It's quite a large cemetery so if you are planning to visit it might be worth checking the records for the cemetery held by Wexford County Archive on microfilm before you go. The records may include plot references to help you locate where Andrew & Margaret are buried. The county Archive is located in Ardcavan Business Park, which is very close to the cemetery.
Marriage records up to 1941 are available on the free IrishGenealogy website and I searched these for possible marriages for the known children in Wexford district (which includes the town and surrounding area) and the two adjacent districts ; Enniscorthy & New Ross, but no promising matches turned up. They may have moved away to another area which would make the search difficult due to the common surname. I dont think daughter Agnes married and it looks like she stayed at home and is the person that registered both her parents deaths in 1930 and 1934.
