Hello BussejL,
at the remove you are searching there is very little online records or indeed offline either, the names are unusual so you may find something in a local history book or some records like that, the Church of Irleand are here and offer a search https://www.ireland.anglican.org/about/genealogy
You could also try the library in Wexford here https://www.wexfordcoco.ie/libraries/more-library-services/local-studie… and https://www.wexfordcoco.ie/libraries/more-library-services/local-studie…
People with those names turn up countrywide and Langfords in Wexford in the Tithe Applottments circa 1824 to 1837, no Butterfields in Wexford but in other counties adjoining.
This radio documentary is about a lady who lived in the late 1700s in Ballintore, Kildare abot 30 miles from Ferns, I enjoyed but it may not interest you.
https://www.rte.ie/radio1/doconone/2017/0804/895319-woman-at-the-window/ She left a lot of letters etc.
You could also try posting in out Chronicles under Ferns and see if anyone responds with more information.
