Researching for Ballynakill parish in Co. Galway is difficult because there are four separate Ballynakill civil parishes in the county. I did search the subscription site Roots Ireland and found one baptismal record for Mary Gorman. The baptismal record does not show a townland.

Apologies for late reply, but not long back from trip to Singapore.

I have placed emigration story on suggested site.

I and my father have had DNA testing with Family Tree DNA.  Problem is, try as I will I don't seem to be able to get the results on other sites, eg MyHeritage, where I am sure there may be a better chance of matches. The only match I have had with Family Tree DNA was with a suspected relative who I asked to do her DNA to confirm our relationship - it did.

All Patrick's and Eliza's children were born in Australia.  A brother, John, emigrated 1856, parents named as James & Mary (no maiden name) with wife, Judy and children. John was born c.1817; Patrick was born c.1797, so there is every possibility that there are more siblings to these brothers. It would appear that Patrick sponsored John and his family to Australia. Children to John and Judy (nee Murphy) were Mary, Anne & Bridget, all born Ireland and would presume the Mary Gorman birth you have provided could well be the same as Mary who emigrated (although her age on shipping record of 1856 is given as 11 years).

Try adding your DNA data to the volunteer run site called Genesis Gedmatch www.genesis.gedmatch.com    You will get macthes with people who tested with other companies and also loaded their data to Genesis Gedmatch.
