Patrick's family resided in Tullicana at least between the years of 1881 and 1930. In 1930 his sister (Mary) married Ed Kehoe in the Ballymitty Church.
My hope is that there might as yet undigitized parish records from that time that would provide more information than I have been able to glean from what I have been able to recover so far. It would be much appreciated if someone had guidance for how to request a search or a contact at the Church in Ballymitty I could correspond with.

Hi there,
here is a link to the Church website - you can follow the contact us link - https://ferns.ie/ballymitty-bannow/
On the free site genealogy.ie is a record of the 1930 marriage you refer to - https://www.irelandxo.com/ireland/wexford/message-board/request-parish-record-patrick-j-rourke-dob-1888
This is the family in the 1911 census - http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1911/Wexford/Harperstown/Tullycanna/691806/
Patrick's birth in 1886 https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/birth_returns/births_1886/02611/1964358.pdf
I hope this helps.

Hello Jim,
Thank you very much for the pointers. I was able to follow them directly to the record I have been searching for some time documenting the birth of my grandfather Patrick Rourke. I had incorrectly bracketed it between 1888 (which was provided on his naturalization papers granting U.S. citizenship) and 1890 which the census suggested when in fact it was 1886.
You exceeded my expectations for the initial response to my new line of inquiry.
Best regards,
Ken O'Rourke
