I think I have located my grandmother Catherine Tyrell’s ancestors and would love to know date of birth, marriage and date of death.

Edward Tyrell died 5/15/1869.  Married to Rose Callaghan ( several versions of this last name).  Their children included Mary 1797, Bridget 1799, John 1801 ( and his daughter was Catherine Tyrell), Ann 1803, Judy, 1805, Anne 1807, Edward 1808 and Thomas 1810.  Also family lore has it that All births list Gayntown, Mullingar and Gaynestown Walshestown.  Also family lore has it that Catherine spent year in Montevideo.  I have read that there was emigration from the Midland to Uruguay, but can find no records of Catherine Tyrell or Catherine Farrell (1st husband Bernard Farrell) or Catherine Carr (2nd husband (James Carr).  Can you point me in some direction on this one?   Thank you,  Pam Alusick

    The subscription site Roots Ireland also has a 1790 baptismal record for a Nicholas Tyrell. See below. I also located a 1767 baptismal record in Mullingar for an Edmund Tyrell. No idea if the record is for your ancestor and he would have been 101 when he died. Can't help you with Uruguay.
