Hi there, I am currently trying to trace my Redmond line who came from Ireland to Nova Scotia. I have found Redmonds in both Wexford and Antrim Counties and I’m trying to figure out which line is mine. Thank you for any help you can give me. ~ carol from Boston, Massachusetts area

Hello Pepper, I am looking at old queries and really need dates etc and religion, the name is found in both places but mainly around Wexford and surrounding counties. You can see the distribution here but it is a subscription site but the name distribution is free for so many searches and renews if you run out after a period. https://www.johngrenham.com/surnames/
For pre 1864 civil registration we need religion to see what records are to be looked at and available.
