Looking for the marriage record of James Armstrong and Margaret Flood, married in County Donegal on January 15, 1865. Marriage date comes birth records of children born in Scotland but town/parish name listed is unrecognizable. Attaching images that include the town/parish name. Does any recognize this place name? Thanks

I can't make out the second part of the name, but the first part is pretty clearly Clare. There is a townland called Clare in the Donegal parish of Moville (in northeastern Donegal, at the northeastern tip of the Inishowen Peninsula), and you can find more about that townland at this link: https://www.townlands.ie/donegal/inishowen-east/moville-upper/castlecar…
The online Catholic parish records for Moville go back to 1847, so if they were Catholic you should be able to find the marriage there. Here is a link to those records: https://registers.nli.ie/parishes/0376.
Since you have an exact date, I went ahead and checked the parish marriage records for that date in Moville, but that wedding is not shown, so perhaps they were Protestants. There may be a civil mariage record, though, since the civil records started around that time.

Thanks Kevin. I'm having a equally hard time making out the second word or second part of the place name too.
