I know nothing about my Irish heritage. I have a Mary Muldrew born in Armagh county in 1847. She married at least twice. Once to Samuel shields and also to my grandfather a John Part I believe both marriages happened in England.
According to a census record her father is listed as a David Muldraugh but I suspect this was not his real name. Her mother is believed to be Sarah Jane Martin. I would be grateful for any help. Many Thanks

I can see what looks to be the marriage between Samuel Shields and Mary Muldrew in Cockermouth, Cumberland. It was in Jan – Mar 1871, Volume 10b, page 623. You could order a copy of that certificate to see what information Mary gave about her father.
I searched for a second marriage to John Part 1871 – 1891 but without success.
