Welcome to Ireland Reaching Out!
Hopefully others may be more helpful but the one constraint you have with your family is that the Annaduff RC records start in 1849. The only record I located was the civil marriage record for Bernard McDermott and Mary A. Daly which shows that Bernard's father was Peter and they lived in Killyfad which is a townland south of Aghamore. Bernard was a constable.
By the way, I think Michael was born pre-1849 since the only baptismal records I found on the subscription site Roots Ireland were for Francis, Bridget, James, George and William.
There is no central data base of people leaving Ireland in the 19th century. Your best bet is to use Ancestry.com or familysearch.org and see if you can find an arrival record in America.
I was not able to locate a death record for William or George Daly or Margaret Newton.

Hello EC and Roger, as Roger will no doubt remember I have ancestors from South Leitrim and around so excuse me butting in, this site is aimed specifically at South Leitrim, the man running it lives locally and updates it but may charge for further research, https://www.yourleitrimancestors.ie/ the site itself is free.
There is also a Leitrim History and Genealogy Facebook page, ask to join, there is a sister DNA FB page and also a page called Old Mohill by Llyod Donnelly which has a lot of old photos of the area in general and another one called Mohill by MichaelK I think.
The Leitrim Library local studies section has been helpful to me also and you could ask if they have produced any local books lately, they will reply to emails.

Hello EC,
I have a Dennis Daly from same townland but born 1851. Info recieved from 1901/1911 census. Perhaps a son?
You can see it here on my ancestry tree https://www.ancestry.com/family-tree/tree/119180744/family/familyview?cfpid=102115362517
Also to piggyback off Pat's post. his recommendations are good. I have Daly cousins in the FB leitrim group. There is also a South Leitrim GEDmatch group if you have done DNA and Tom Coughlan has a FB page with great info. He is a pro geneologist from Leitrim and wrote a book about it.
Good Luck, Annie

EC:
One other piece of info. The 1829 Tithe listing for Aughamore (Aghamore) shows a widow Daly leasing 14 acres. Possibly she was the mother of Denis. http://titheapplotmentbooks.nationalarchives.ie/reels/tab//004587397/004587397_00040.pdf

Can I suggest that you take a look at the findagrave site for clues to other ancestors. I was in Leitrim Village last week to search for information about my ancestors who lived on the Roscommon and Leitrim border and drove past Annaduff a few times. The local church was St. Mary's and they have quite an extensive graveyard.

There's also a St Marys at Mohill

and St Patricks
