I searched on two sites, the subscription site Roots Ireland and the free site www.irishgenealogy.ie and identified 17 Michael Murphy baptismal records with mother Mary in 1821. Also, many RC parishes do not have records back to 1821. We would need the father's first name and the maiden name of Mary to determine if a baptismal record is available for your Michael. It is also possible he was born in 820, 1822 etc. which would expand the number of possible baptismal records.
