The parish for Mary Gibbons would be Raphoe which is to the east of Conwal parish. Unfortunately, there are no RC records available back to 1800 in Co. Donegal.
I did check the Tithe listings from the 1820s/1830s and did not see any Higney or Gibbons records in those parishes.

Hi Andrea, the name Higney has connections in Rahan letterkenny, ( I have relations married to that name) I have also come across Gibbons in the Conwall & Bonagee ( the Bonagee address was holly hill) not sure if records are available but the school records for Bonagee (Drunlodge School ) that now come under lurgybrack are in the Donegal archives in Council Offices Lifford, (1870/80 the 1901 records for Carrick Conwal or that whole area may show some of those names, Hugh Doherty
