I am the descendant of Cyriac Roach (Roche) of Ireland. He was born In 1784 and adopted when he was 2 years old after he arrived by ship to Nova Scotia, Canada. His adoptive parents are Joseph Aucoin (1744-1828) of France, Marie Joseph Hebert (1747-????) .

  • Hi Magenta. I would like to find out how we are perhaps cousins? Cyriac is my 3rd great Grandfather on my dad's side. I too live in Canada.
    I have a family tree on ancestry.ca.
    I'm searching for Cyriac's immediate family or his ancestors.

  • Hi there.

    I am also a descendant of Cyriac Roach. He is my 5th great grandfather on my mother's side. I have been building a family tree on ancestry as well, but it's been very difficult to locate information about Cyriac's birth family.
