Linsi,
Perhaps you can give us a bit more information? Johnston(e) is a very common name in Fermanagh with over 1100 in the 1901 census of the county, 85 of whom were named Mary. So when was your Mary born (approximately) and what else do you know about her? When did she leave Ireland (or did she stay in Ireland?). Who were her parents, what were her 5 siblings names, do you know which townland in Boa Island she lived in (there are 9) and so on.

Linsi Marie,
This might be your family in Mullans on Boa Island in the 1901 census:
http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1901/Fermanagh/Brookhill/Mullins__Bow_Is_/1353746/
Same household in 1911:
http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1911/Fermanagh/Brookhill/Mullans/519824/
Probate abstract from PRONI wills site:
Johnston James of Mullans county Fermanagh farmer died 19 March 1943 Administration Belfast 15 December to Elizabeth Johnston the widow. Effects £475 5s.
Griffiths Valuation for 1862 lists a Frederick Johnson in Mullans. He had plot 14 which was about 22 acres. Today the farm is fairly near Mullans Bay, where the Lusty Beg ferry goes from.
Frederick Johnston died 21.2.1883 at Mullans, aged 66.
His wife Lucinda died at Mullans 3.8.1910 aged 86.
Statutory birth registration started in Ireland in 1864. I looked for births for the other 5 children but did not find any. That indicates they were all born before 1864. In that case the only record of their births may be baptism records. Mullans is in the parish of Templecarn. Their baptism, marriage and burial records start in 1825. They are on line:

I can see a marriage for Derrick Johnston and Letty Allingham on 12.10.1843, and the following children to Frederick & Lucinda/Lucy:
Robert William 11.8.1844 (who died 18.6.1866)
Alexander 7.5.1852
Andrew 19.11.1854
Frederick 19.4.1857
William 30.9.1859
Sarah 21.6.1863
There is also a burial record for Lucinda Johnston of Boa on 23.8.1898 aged 23. I cannot find a birth or death certificate for her so cannot say who exactly she was, though she seems likely to have been a part of your family.
