Murray-Ward family Ballynacargy Westmeath/Dublin

Reposting previous post:  Is there a way to find any information about a Delia Murray living at 11 Palmerston Rd, Dublin in 1924? I believe this person may be a relative, perhaps the Aunt Delia or Selia for whom we have a picture of (taken in Dublin) and a postcard dated 1918, but no last name or other information. The name and address came from a ship's passenger record relating to a relative returning to New York City from a trip to Dublin.  Thanks.
