    Hi  . . . ???

    Welcome to Ireland Reaching Out . . . .

    I had a look at your search . . . and must admit . . I didn't know there were seperate Graveyards for quakers . . .

    So . . I too am on a learning curve . . .

    Clifton  . . which name you mention . . . is situated . . . (see MAP below )

    When I search online for Quaker Gravesyards . . . they refer to . . ROSENALLIS . . . (see MAP below)

These two Graveyards . . . appear to be on opposite sides to The Slieve Bloom Mountain . . .

    So I'm presuming . . . that you are aware of the ROSENALLIS burial ground  . . . if not . . go to . . . https://slievebloom.ie/visit/quaker-graveyard

    Here . . . we find many many   . . . SHEPPARDS . . . giving details of Headstone inscriptions . . . ( see below )

    This is an example of the first two . . Sheppards . . . noted. . .

    There are many more . . . and maybe . . . you might be looking for a particular burial . . . if so . . advise . . and I can have a search for you . . .

If your only interest is in CLIFTON . . .

    I failed to find a online site . . . BUT . . . when this wretched Virus departs our Beautiful Isle  . .

    and as an Elder . . . I am able to once again . . get outside to travel . . . I might take a trip up to that Clifton . . . for " on-site" viewing . . .

    _________________________________________________________________

    So . . who are you . . . ??

    And where are you  ??

    Cheers . . . Eamonn.

I have just now discovered your response.  Thank you so much for this information.  I am now seeking information on a specific person--Rev. Thomas Sheppard of Castle John in south Tipperary Co.  I do not have a d.o.b, but In 1770 he married Hannah Dawson daughter of Edward Dawson of Whitefield, Co. Tipperary.

    Thank you,

    John D. Sheppard
