I'm looking for the family of John Kearney who was born in Gormanstown and married Margaret Walsh who was from Harbourstown. Their first child, Marianne, was born in 1872.  They emigrated to America in 1872. Their marriage was Stamullin in May 1871.

    I was looking for a civil marriage record for the marriage of john and Margaret but I did not see a record so possibly they did not register the marriage. The 1872 civil birth record for Marianne indicates the family was living in the Drogheda workhouse.

    I did not find a John Kearney/Carney baptismal record in Stamullin parish. There were a number of John Kearney baptismal reocrds across Co. Meath in the 1830s. Below is a possible baptismal record for Margaret Walsh from the subscription site Roots Ireland.
