Hi there is only a record of the baptism of a Jane Cook on 11th November 1812 in Armagh (beside Cavan) father John mother Sarah no surname given, Church of Irelnad record, there is another one in Derry 1816,
There are 3 Cookes born in Cavan, around this time, Letitia; Frances and Elizabeth born to Abraham and Amelia, two in Annagh parish and one in Cavan town., 1814; 1815 & 1816.
Cavan had a number of Presbyterian religions so it is difficult to know if there is a record, all church records are subject to gaps, missing or lost.

RJ I did not think it was the correct Jane but the parish is Loughall, the townland is Lisneany, which i think you can locate here https://www.townlands.ie/ There were other siblings including two Alexanders, on 1809 and one 1814 indicating the first one probably died. The other siblings are Robert; Thomas and George, born in 1811; 1817 and 1820.
Another birth to a Sarah and John of a John is shown in Birr, Offally in 1804 (military barracks there) he is in the 62nd Foot and the mother is listed as Sarah Duddy but there are no children from 1804 to 1809.
Armagh is now in Northern Ireland so you should use PRONI here https://www.nidirect.gov.uk/proni
The country was partioned in 1922/23 and Armagh ended in the UK so Armagh records may be there.
