There is a townland called Cloonfane in Dunmore civil parish so likely that is the location of the Kelly family. I checked the 1901 census and there were no Kelly families so the children likely emigrated and the parents passed away. I searched on the free site Roots Ireland for a death record for Michael Kelly and Catherine Kelly from 1864-1900 but did not see a good lead in the Tuam registration district. So maybe the entire family went to England.

Cloonfane townland is 11 miles north of the town of Tuam and very close to the Co. Mayo border. Use Google Maps.

Rose, I came across your post today looking for the names of people who were godparents for my great-grandfather's siblings.  My great grandfather was Edward Donnellon, borin in Dunmore in December, 1859. Parish records have his next older brother, Thomas Donnellon, baptized on January 7, 1859, with the godfather being Patrick Kelly and the godmother being Mary Anne Tully. I have no idea whether this Patrick Kelly is the same as yours. I've been exploring the godparents on the off chance that they may be relatives. We're stuck at Edward's and Thomas' parents, James Donnellon and Mary Nestro.  Note with the Donnellon name - that is how my great-grandparents chose to spell it when they arrived in the U.S. In Thomas' record it's Donnellan and in my great-grandparents marriage record it is Donelan. There are likely two dozen different spellings. Just tossing this out in case this may help you in your search for possible other family names. Good luck on your search.
