Hi,
My paternal relatives came to England from Northern Ireland at some point in the early 1800s.
The info I have for them so far is as follows:
John Plunkett
DOB approx 1806 in County Down
Died 1873
Shoemaker in Dolmans lane Warrington England
Cecelia Tobin
DOB approx 1801 in County Armagh
Died 1874
Housewife Dolmans Lane Warrington, England.
I cannot find any marriage information in England so I'm assuming they married before they travelled.
A Methodist Minister baptised their children.
Can anyone help with their Irish history?
Thank you

Debra,
The 1871 UK census notes that John was from Co. Down and Cecelia from Armagh.
The 1843 baptism of their daughter Martha notes that Cecelia's parents were William and CatherineTobin.
I hope this is helpful.

Thanks Patricia,
I wrote above that I knew they were from County Down and Armagh and I already had the names of Cecelia's parents but id forgot to write that in my post for some reason, so sorry for leaving they out.
Thanks for trying to help thoughDebraPiney
