Hello Hazel
I would start with Fermanagh Genealogy Centre based at Enniskillen Castle.
Also www.rootsireland.ie are a source of extensive records for births, marriage and deaths, as well as other census and substitute census material.

There was a William White farming in Tattenabuddagh, Co. Fermanagh in the tithe applotment records of 1833:
http://www.irishgenealogyhub.com/fermanagh/tithe-applotment-books/parish-of-aghalurcher.php
They were gone by the time of Griffiths Valuation of 1862 (which fits with the family having moved to Canada in 1853).
Family seem likely to have been Church of Ireland, so if you are looking for baptism, marriages & burials search Aghalurcher parish’s records. They are not on-line so far as I am aware but there is a copy in PRONI in Belfast. There were several COI churches in the parish so you may have to check more than 1 set of records to find the one this family attended. If you are unable to go yourself, you could employ a researcher. Researchers in the PRONI area: http://sgni.net
