I searched on the free site www.irishgenealogy.ie and there is a June 21 1851 baptismal record at St. Peter's Church of Ireland parish with parents John Kelly and Isabella Kelly. However, the father's occupation was listed as servant so unlikely this record is correct.
There are no Isabella Kiely/Killy baptismal records in Dublin.
