I have hit a brick wall for years regarding my Gg-grandmother Catherine Kearns. She was born somewhere between 1856-1861 in Ireland. She came to the US around 1876 and married my GG-grandfather Thomas F. Birchall, Sept 17, 1882. Her marriage certificate lists James and Mary Kearns as her parents. I was finally able to find her obituary, which stated she came from County Galway, Ireland. She died in Pawtuckett, Rhode Island in 1905 and we believe is buried in Mount Saint Mary's Cemetery. Her children were James, Thomas, Katherine, William (my Great Grandfather), Charles and Mabel.
Any help would be greatly appreciated and a huge relief.
