Hello,

Doing some research I discovered my 4th Great Grandmother Honora Coffey

was from Pallasgreen, wondering if anyone might know of the Coffey/Ryan history there.

Would love to hear :)

  • Lee,

I have a William Ryan [b.c. 1824; d. 22 Nov 1886] who married Honora Coffey [b.c. 1826; d. 17 Nov 1911]. They had children: John; Bridget "Nan"; William Jr.; Cornelius; Eliza Elizabeth (1) died infant; Eliza Elizabeth (2) died infant; Eliza Elizabeth (3) "Bessie." John emigrated to Chicago IL c.1872, William Jr emigrated to Chicago IL c. 1883, Bessie emigrated to Chicago IL c.1888. The only child left in Old Pallas was Bridget. Bessie was my mother-in-law's grandmother.
