  • This probate abstract from the PRONI wills site appears to relate to your ancestor. (She had assets in England & NI so the probate file was opened in both jurisdictions:

    Milligan Charlotte Elizabeth of Mary Street Rostrevor county Down N.I. spinster died 27 January 1930 Probate London 15 July to Martha Anne Elliott widow and Frederick William Elliott. Effects in Northern Ireland £50 6s. 9d. Re-sealed Belfast 24 October.
