See fourth record at this link for the 1882 civil marriage record. Both Arthur and Julia were living in Queenstown at the time of marriage. Julia's fathers name is shown but Arthur did not know his fathers name.

Roger, thank you so much!  Arthur and Julia with several of their children emigrated to the Philadelphia area of US 1893, though records have varying dates.  Arthur Delacour returned to Ireland April 1925.  According to his passport application for that journey he names his father as Arthur Delacour born France, but Cobh is not so far from Blarney.  Or perhaps he had learned of his father in the interim.   I can only guess at his reasons for returning, for they were not wealthy people.  Julia was long deceased. Arthur died the following year.

Also, Arthur has consistently listed his birth year as 1865, but he was full age at his wedding in 1882 (or was he?).  Do you know full age in Ireland at the time?
