  • I looked at baptisms on rootsireland and found only the two children for this couple that you mentioned (Mary and Thomas).  "Mariam" (Latin for Mary) had the surname of Collery.

  • A marriage transcription at rootsireland shows that Michael “Costoloe” and Mary “Colery” married 5-Feb-1806 in the RC parish of Castlerea, Roscommon. Witnesses were Patrick and Mary Foley.

  • Patricia thanks ! Anyway of finding out  when they Died ? Assuming they were early 20s in 1808  in 1845 they'd still be  maybe late 50s ?  But thanks again

  • Mary,

Irish civil death records from 1864 on are available for free at irishgenealogy.ie.  You might find them there--if they died after 1864 AND if they didn't emigrate.

You might also try to trace the witnesses at the marriage and baptisms to see what connections you find.

    Hope this helps!
