Looking for information on Dominic and Mary (Mealia) Roulan from Castlebar. Mary (Mealia) was born in 1807. They had 5 children. We believe all were born in Ireland. Patrick in 1832, Catherine, Bridget in 1844, Mary and Jeremiah. We beleive they came to the USA between 1858 and 1862. They were settled in Geneva, NY in 1862.

The Aglish (Castlebar) baptismal records start in 1838. I searched the subscription site Roots Ireland and found only one lead. A William Rowland baptized My 6 1849 in Aglish. Father was Dominick Rowland. Mother's name not shown.
I searched the 1855 Griffiths Valuation head of household listing for Co. Mayo but did not find a Dominick Rowland record. Most Rowland lived in Addergoole civil parish.
Any other clues? Have you considered DNA testing?
