Daugherty and Gaffney ancestors

I am researching my Daugherty ( Doherty. ..Dougherty  ... ancestors. 

Patrick Daugherty and his wife Margaret Gaffeny (Gaffiney <Gaffney )  immigrated to the USA around 1847 . Their son Charles was born in Ireland or on board the ship.  They settled in Boston MA in 1847 and later in 1851 or went to Butler County Ohio.

Patrick Daugherty was born in Roscommon or Dublin Ireland in 1818. He married Margarat  Gaffney  in the Kilronan Parish of Roscommon Jan 26,1843. Witnesses  were Peter Wulkeerin and Anna Geyer. They  practice the Catholic religion.

Margaret was born Dec. 8,1820 in Roscommon to Charles Gaffney (1798) and Catherine Lee or Lea   (1800).

Margaret and Patrick had 9 children....Charles  1846 Mary 1848-1857 Katherine 1849 (my great grandmother),Thomas 1852  Anna 1854 Margaret 1856 John 1858 Mary 1864 James 1865.

Patrick was a farmer .
