Depends what you are looking at.
Could be the 100 years seal.....you have to wait for that.

As Margot has said, you need to tell us precisely what it is that is sealed otherwise we are really just guessing.
If it was a will, then re-sealing is to do with people who have property in more than one jurisdiction eg someone with property in Ireland and also in England. (Property in that context can include financial assets eg insurance policies or bank accounts, not just houses and land). The will is probated in the jurisdiction where they normally lived and then re-sealed and sent to the other jurisdiction(s) for processing there.
