Ken:
See second record at the link for 1894 marriage of Thomas and Anne. Names of fathers are listed.
Likely you know that Duffy is a very common surname in Kilmovee parish.
I will be back later with more info on your family. I also have Duffy connections from this parish. Have you tested your DNA?

I found some records for your family. I think that Thomas Duffy was born before 1865 but so far I have not found a good lead. Civil registration of births started in 1864 and I looked at all the Thomas Duffy births from 1864-1866 and did not see a likely record. Also, the 1911 census shows an age of 50 which would make his year of birth 1860-1861. I've looked at the subscription site Roots Ireland but so far I have not found his reocrds. Are you aware of any names of siblings?
Next to last record has the 1869 civil birth for Anne Flynn. Father Martin and mother Mary Lenahan.

Hi Roger, I have had Ancestory DNA results=Connacht, W. Roscommon, E. Mayo, S.Sligo, (these results include the Malley side of my family) as to the 1901 and 1911 there is a discrepancy between Thomas's age of five years. His father Thomas Sr. died in 1908 and present at time of death was a Maggie (possibly his daughter). Death indicated he was married, so his wife was still alive.
appreciate your assistance,
Ken

I've spent over 20 years working with the 1901 census records www.leitrim-roscommon.com/census and the ages in the 1901 census were frequently understated. In 1908, the Old Age Pension Act passed providing a pension for those age 70+ so by 1911 there was an incentive to get the age more in line with the true age.
The National Archives site is down today as well as the irishgenealogy.ie site so we can't look for more records.
Don't know if you are on Facebook but there is a Genealogy of Kilmovee Facebook group https://www.facebook.com/groups/KilmoveeGenealogy
