Hello does anyone have any information on the balfe family please? My family came from Ireland but most of us ended up near Manchester (alot of them are still there although my great grandad and great nan have passed on now and i know some balfes that are across the pond but don't know them all I know from research is that some balfes did fly out to america back in the 1800s. Would love to know more about my ancestors, we are related to Micheal William balfe aswell there is not many balfes on this planet and we are all pretty much related through some blood line. My dad is a only child but he has many cousins under the balfe name but we don't actually know or speak to any of them. So would love to know more about our history before it feels like it was wiped out.

You would be surprised to know but there are a lot of Balfe's The name Michael Balfe returned 84 entries, where in Ireland did your family come from? any maiden names? dates, we would love to help but we need a starting point , think about it and come back with a little more information and we will do our best.
