I will be visiting Southern Ireland and staying in Tipperary from 17-25 May. I have a baptism record from Duagh which says that it hasn't been imaged yet. I have a relative who sent some information a while ago but didn't get a reply.
Could someone meet me in Daugh and go to the Church to see where this record came from please? I will also bring the record with me.

Sue:
Here is the image of the actual Duagh parish register entry for the record in question. https://registers.nli.ie/registers/vtls000634300#page/24/mode/1up
I believe whoever transcribed the record made a mistake. The baptismal record was actually for an Agnes McCarthy. The record indicates:
Baptism of Agnes the (the next word is not legible but could be living) D (daughter) of Joseph McCarthy and Marry Collins of Graigue sp(sponsors) Pat and Kate McCarthy
So the question is where and when was Agnes Flynn baptized?
Let me know what questions you have.

Hi Roger
Thanks for your reply. I have actually got that record. On the 1881 English Census it states that she came from Cork, Ireland, so the only other information I have is that her father was John Flyn, Blacksmith. Agnes was married in Kent, England in 1878 and I was told that a record of her marriage would be recorded in the parish where she came from. She married Charles John Dunn in May 1878. I also had some information from Ed Wallace about records from Cork (South chapel parish) but didn't get any further.
I have had other information from someone which relates to his wife's side of the family. He sent me the information through Ancestry and I am now trying to find, if it is Agnes's brother, a record of his birth in the USA to see what the parents' names are recorded as.
It has all become very confusing.
