Tyrrell Ancestors from Dublin

We are trying to connect two Tyrrell families records found show both are from Ireland. 

My husband's family has Tyrrell ancestors who settled in New York, Louisiana and Texas. The frist couple we are trying to find are James Tyrrell and Julia Bryne, records indicate that they were from Dublin. They had a daughter Julia Byrne Tyrrell born 24 May 1842 in Dublin. She married Augustine de Zavala (born 1832)  in New York in 1860 in New York. She passed away 13 Dec 1918 in San Antonio, Texas. 

The second family is Elizabeth (Eliza) Tyrrell, born about 1851, in New York, New York.  Her parents were John Tyrrell and Mary (maiden name unknown), based on census in 1860 both were from Ireland. Eliza Tyrrell married Michael Cahill, 22 Nov 1869 in New Orleans, Louisiana.  They lived in Louisiana. They had two daughers Julia, who married Wm P Buckley, and Mary Elizabeth, who married Wm P Buckley after Julia's death. each girl has a son,  Robert Emmit Buckley was Julia's son, and William John Buckley was Mary Elizabeth's son.

We know that Mary Elizabeth Cahill Buckley, my husbands grandmother, moved from New Orleans, Louisiana to Galveston, Texas, then to Beaumont, Texas. At some point she changed her son's name from William John Buckley to William Tyrrell Buckley. Beaumont Texas has a long history of prominent Tyrrell familes.
