I am hopefully looking for parents of Edward Wynne born around 1855..He was married to a Eleanor Dowd. Their daughter was Mary Agnes Wynne, she was married to a John Casserly/Cassidy. I believe they were from Roscommon

    I searched the subscription site Roots Ireland and located a February 20 1849 marriage between an Edmund Winn and Eleanor Dowd. The RC parish was Tibohine/Fairymount. Is this your couple since you indicated that your Edward was born around 1855.

    Edmund Winn/Wynne and Eleanor Dowd had a number of children: Elizabeth 1854 Thomas 1861 James 1864 Bernard 1867 and I see three records for a Mary  1870 1874 and 1876. Not sure if the first Mary died young? What info do you have?
