Dear Message Board Team,
On the 25th of July I will be arriving in County Wexford from NZ to trace the footsteps of various Irish ancestors.
It would be simply marvellous to have a meet and greet with a Wexford volunteer available on the 25/ 26th.
Is there anyone on this message board who knows the history of the Roches in Wexford, who mostly ended up in Cork?
I would LOVE to find out where did Fitzgodebert from Wales actually landed in Wexford in 1167? We know of the Bannow Bay landing in 1169, but I cannot find anywhere the details of where the 1167 landing was. I would appreciate any leads or links, thanking you so very much for your awesome work, L.
