I'm looking at a Carracastle marriage record on Roots Ireland between a James Egan and a Rose Veasy (Vesey?) dated 1/26/1850. The notation at the bottom reads " 3rd and 3rd Cons". Does that mean 3rd cousins? Thomas Veasy and Bridget Egan were the witnesses, no parents were noted.

I attach a copy of the church record of the marriage of a James Egan to Rose Veasy on January 26th 1850.
I do not see any notes in relation to the marriage.

I missed the column on the right hand page. Apparently they were 3rd cousins.
