JC McDermott:
I don't see a marriage record for Michael McDermott and Mary Reilly on the subscription site Roots Ireland. I found Michael's baptismal record on January 14 1828. His mother was Mary Cryan and he had a twin brother Bernard. He also had two older sisters: Mary baptized August 12 1821 and Anne baptized November 28 1825.

Hi JC I have an Edward McDermott in my tree from this district but not as far back as 1802. What date of death do you have for him? Any other clues?

Hello I am looking for information about my ancestor Anna McDermott born between 1827 and 1830. She (with her sister Kate, I believe) moved to the U.S. around 1852, where she married John Flaherty from Tipperary.
Anna is the daughter of the Harts (Harte?) - Catherine and Owen. Catherine's parents owned a furniture making business. Anna may have been baptised in Elphin Parish County Roscommon.
I know almost nothing about Anna's husband John Flaherty, yet I think he is from Tipperary. Would like to find out more of his story, as well as hers!

Mary:
According to the subscription site Roots Ireland, Ann was baptized February 3 1827 at the Elphin RC church. Father Hugh McDermott mother Catherine Hart. I did not find any records for siblings.
Can I suggest that you post a new message on our message board for John Flaherty? Thanks!
