O'Brien Family - Limerick, Killaloe

I am reaching out to see if anyone knows of the O’Brien family of Clonfadda, Killaloe and O’Brien of Boskill or Roskill, Co. Limerick? Not sure where Roskill is, however if it is Boskill, it is at Caherclonclish, Limerick.  I have the following information:

Cornelius O’Brien, Clonfadda, Clare, was married to Ellinor (Ellen) McNamara (McNemara) and he died in March 1757. Sons, Timothy, Thomas and Cornelius O’Brien with a grandson, Timothy O’Brien.

Cornelious O’Brien’s wife, Ellinor (Ellen) McNamara had a brother, Thomas McNamara of Clonfadda, Clare, who died November 1740. He was married to Margaret O’Brien, who is either a sister to Cornelius or niece.  Thomas and Margaret married on the 26 May 1727. Margaret O’Brien is the daughter or sister of Brien O’Brien of Roskill/Boskill, Limerick.  Her father’s name is stated as Brien on her marriage record.

Brien O’Brien died August 1744. Sons, William (Possibly died 1768, Boherlorde, Limerick) and Timothy O’Brien (died 1781, Roskill/Boskill, Limerick).

I am wondering if Brien O’Brien and Cornelius O’Brien were brothers/cousins/uncle/nephew?, or if anyone knows more about the family. 

Margaret O’Brien McNamara, married again in 1742 to John Heaphy. There is a possibility that  Margaret Heaphy who married the Rev. Simon Holland, on the 17th of April 1799, Limerick, is a daughter of John and Margaret O'Brien Heaphy.
